Terms & Conditions

A minimum service charge of $50 will be assessed for each watch I receive to cover assessment/bench time.
 

I aim to have work completed and returned in approximately 4-6 weeks, many times less. I work in batches and book up quickly, therefore If I'm unable

 to book a job when you first ask, I encourage you to please try again a few weeks later.
 

I am a well known authentication expert in the field, and am available for authentication services. I am familiar with replica/clone/asian calibers and service/repair friendly for those in need.
 

Waterproofing. ($35-50) Swiss lubricate, inspect and pressure test your watch, and inform you of the results. The charge is for the time and testing and applies, pass or fail. I offer no warranty as I cannot be liable once the timepiece leaves my hands.
 

Swiss-HQ is not responsible for lost mail, packages, parts or anything of the sort on the way to/from my bench. In dealing with me you release me from any liability of lost/damaged packages. All risks

associated with shipping are yours alone.
 

When shipping to me please refrain from including any bags, bits, stickers or other unnecessary items that you want back. I will not be held responsible for keeping track of those things, just your watch. It is important you leave bracelets/straps attached if at all possible. Send the whole timepiece, nothing else.
 

Please include a note that has your name and address, email info, forum name (if applicable), and a brief reminder of the reason for sending.
 

For homage/asian watches there is a 1 month warranty on my labor. This excludes parts, wear, misuse, inferior generic/rep parts, modified Asian movements or shipping costs for warranty work. I don't offer refunds on serviced movements, I will try to repair or offer any other options I have available. 

Leftover/used parts taken off are kept by me for spares unless otherwise discussed.
 

Swiss watch labor warranty is 6 months.
