Swiss-HQ has grown quite a bit. Currently it is not possible to keep up with demand. Hiring to our standards is next to impossible. This business was formed around doing everything the right way. We try to work with as many clients as we can, but quality over quantity. If we do not return your inquiry in a few days time, we are likely booked full, hands full, and at the bench. Please give us ~2 weeks and submit another inquiry.

A minimum service charge of $50 will be assessed for each watch received to cover assessment/bench time. Our bench minimum is $125
 

We aim to have work completed and returned in approximately 4-6 weeks.
 

I am service/repair friendly for most Asian/clone calibers.
 

Waterproofing. ($35-50) Swiss lubricate, inspect and pressure test your watch, and inform you of the results. The charge is for the time and testing and applies, pass or fail. We offer no warranty as we cannot be liable once the timepiece leaves our hands.
 

Swiss-HQ is not responsible for lost mail, packages, parts or anything of the sort on the way to/from my bench. In dealing with us you release any liability of lost/damaged packages. All risks associated with shipping are yours alone.
 

At this time we only take customers within the United States, please do not ship to us from overseas or out of the country. When shipping please refrain from including any bags, bits, stickers or other unnecessary items that you want back. We will not be held responsible for keeping track of those things, just your watch. It is important you leave bracelets/straps attached if at all possible. Send the whole timepiece, nothing else.
 

There is a downloadable intake form on this website. This form needs to be printed, filled out, and included in your package.
 

For homage/asian watches there is a 1 month warranty on my labor. This excludes parts, wear, misuse, inferior generic parts, modified Asian movements or shipping costs for warranty work. We don't offer refunds on serviced movements, however we will try to repair or offer any other options available within reason.

Leftover/used parts taken off are kept for spares unless otherwise discussed. The watch industry wants to charge you 10x more for parts and labor, and monopolize parts/spares. Support independent watchmakers, right to repair, and if you do not agree with the practices of these large corporations, be vocal.
 

Swiss watch labor warranty is 6 months.
